Individual Therapy: Strengthening Your Relationship with Yourself
Because success without inner stability eventually costs you everything.
Individual Therapy: Strengthening Your Relationship with Yourself
Even the highest achievers can feel a quiet dissonance inside. On paper, you’re doing everything “right” — you’ve built a career, earned respect, maybe even built a family — but something still feels unsettled. You push harder, accomplish more, yet old patterns repeat: stress feels unshakable, relationships suffer, and you wonder why fulfillment always seems just out of reach.
My Approach: The STABLE Method Applied to the Self
I use the STABLE framework — to help individuals create lasting change from within. In therapy, STABLE becomes a blueprint for your inner life:
Safety — Building an inner environment where you can confront truth without fear or self-criticism.
Transparency — Learning to face yourself honestly, uncovering blind spots and unspoken narratives that keep you stuck.
Accountability — Owning your choices, breaking free from cycles, and committing to the growth you truly want.
Boundaries — Recognizing what belongs to you and what doesn’t — and learning to say no without guilt.
Legacy — Examining the generational, cultural, and relational patterns you’ve inherited, and deciding which ones you want to carry forward.
Existential Fulfillment — Aligning your daily life with your deeper purpose, so ambition and meaning can finally coexist.
This isn’t just “talk therapy.” It’s a structured, results-driven process that creates clarity and stability where you need it most — within yourself.

The Transformation — A Story
When Daniel* first came to me, he was exhausted. From the outside, no one would have guessed it: he was a successful executive, leading a team of hundreds, providing well for his family, and respected by everyone who knew him. But inside, he was unraveling. His mind never shut off. He snapped at the people he loved most. He carried guilt from not being fully present at home, and even when he was, he couldn’t shake the constant sense that he was failing someone, somewhere.
He told me, “I’ve achieved everything I set out to do — so why do I still feel empty?”
Together, we slowed down. We used the STABLE framework to bring order to what felt like chaos:
He built Safety with himself, learning to sit with discomfort without self-judgment.
He practiced Transparency, finally facing the stories he’d buried under years of busyness.
He took Accountability, shifting from blaming circumstances to recognizing what was in his control.
He set Boundaries, protecting his time and energy without guilt.
He examined his Legacy, realizing how patterns from his past were still shaping his present.
And ultimately, he moved toward Existential Fulfillment, reconnecting with a sense of purpose bigger than his title.
The changes weren’t instant, but they were real. Over time, his family noticed. His team noticed. Most importantly, he noticed. For the first time in decades, he wasn’t chasing stability outside himself — he had built it within.
That’s the kind of transformation I help my clients create. Not perfection, not a performance — but a steadiness that allows them to show up fully in every area of life.

I built and led a multi-million-dollar group practice while raising a family of six — and I know firsthand how success can mask stress, and how stability starts from within.
My approach combines clinical depth, lived leadership experience, and absolute discretion. I’ve not only studied these principles — I’ve lived them, rebuilt my own relationships, and found balance without sacrificing ambition.
