I specialize in deep, insight based therapy rooted in Cognitive and existential theortical orientations. With over 15 years as a therapist and 20+ years in the mental health field, I’ve helped countless high-functioning individuals break cycles, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful change.

I understand the pressure of balancing leadership, ambition, and personal life. I built and led a multi-million-dollar mental health group practice with 20 therapists—all while raising a family of six. I know firsthand how success and stress often go hand in hand. That’s why therapy with me isn’t about performance. It’s about creating a private, trusted space to step back, reflect, and finally address the patterns that hold you back.

Benefits of Therapy

It’s like taking a deep breath of air after a large weight has been lifted.  Therapy and healing takes time, and the process can sometimes be painful.  However, the strides and changes you can make with a little guidance will keep you from ever looking back.  Finally, you will look to the future and see that everything you have wanted for your life is possible.

What to expect

After scheduling, you will get an email with documents to fill out. We will meet at our scheduled time. The first session usually is a lot of questions, getting to know each other, and figuring out what the goals for our work in therapy will be.

  • My fee is 185 per 50 minute session. Couples sessions are billed at 1.5x my fee.

  • No — my practice is private pay, which means your therapy stays completely confidential and personalized.

    I am temporarily accepting United Healthcare, ComPsych (out of network), Adventist Health (out of network).

  • Yes, I see clients online anywhere in California, and in person in Temecula and Murrieta.

    Please note, I am currently transitioning offices and am seeing clients via telehealth until January of 2026.

  • Most clients begin within a week. Click “Book a Consultation” to view openings.

  • Burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, boundaries, and emotional overload — especially for moms who do it all.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

    • You will receive a written Good Faith Estimate before your first session and any time requested.

    • The estimate will include the expected cost of services based on your session rate and frequency.

    • This estimate is not a contract, and actual total costs may change depending on the number of sessions you choose to attend and your ongoing goals in therapy.

    • If your bill is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

    You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling or receiving services.
